•Why are your prices based on height rather than age?
Answer: Kool Runnings Water Park's price structure is based on height as anyone under 48" will not be able to enjoy all of the water attractions. Children under 48" therefore pay less.

• May I bring a picnic basket/cooler or backpack into the park?
Answer: We ask that picnic baskets, coolers, backpacks not be brought to the park.  Food and/or beverage of any kind, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, knapsacks and packages are not permitted inside the park. Kool Runnings Water Park offers a variety of food and beverage choices  for your dining pleasure and convenience.

• What are the height restrictions for each slide?
 Answer: Tube Slides: 48". Anyone under 48" must be accompanied by an adult.
 Body Slides:    You must be 48" or taller to use these slides.
 Speed Slides: You must be 48" or taller to use these slides

•Do you provide life vests?
 Answer: Yes, we provide life vests free of charge for use in the Lazy River. These are available at each entry point into the Lazy River. Any child under 36" should wear a Coast Guard approved life vest while using the Lazy River.

•Are there any swimwear/clothing regulations?
 Answer: Yes, appropriate swimwear is required for all water attractions. No Cotton will be allowed on any of the water rides.For the safety of yourself and others, shorts, cut-offs or clothing items with metal fasteners, rivets, zippers or buckles, thong swimwear or topless swimsuits for women, are not permitted.  We do not consider undergarments as swimwear and will not be allowed.  The approved head gear is a swim cap.

•Can I bring in my own flotation devices?
 Answer: The Park provides the allowed flotation devices where they are required. For your safety, flotation devices may not be brought into the Park.

Kool Runnings Water Park provides life vests free of charge for use in the Lazy River. Anyone under 36" should wear a Coast Guard approved life vest while using the Lazy River.

• Is there an age restriction for entering the water park?
 Answer: Yes, children under the age of 12 years, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years.

•What happens if it rains or storms?
 Answer: Kool Runnings Water Park does not close due to normal rain showers or rainy weather.  No rainchecks or refunds are issued due to inclement weather.  Kool Runnings does not offer refunds for rain.  Please note that it rains daily in Negril and our water slides will operate during the rain.  If there are thunderstorms, for your safety, we must clear all slides and lazy river.  Typically, thunderstorms last for 45 minutes to 1 hour.  During this time, we invite you to have a snack at our Sweet Potato Grill or sit back and enjoy our rainy day entertainment program.The Park management request that guests check the weather forecast before arrival.

• What provisions do you have for physically challenged guests?
 Answer: Our park has facilities for wheel chair bound guests

• Do you offer specials for birthday groups?
 Answer: Yes, please contact the Sales Department at 876-957-5418  or email us at groupsales@koolrunnings.com to have a representative share with you how exciting and fun-filled a birthday spent at Kool Runnings can  be!. Ask about our group pricing.

•Are there any items that are prohibited from being brought into the park?
 Answer: Yes, anything that can be construed to be a weapon or as dangerous is prohibited from the park. Also, thong swimwear, alcoholic beverages, drugs, food and/or beverages of any kind, glass containers, baskets, coolers and packages are prohibited. Please bring only the immediate necessities required for your visit.

•What does the cost of admission provide access to?
 Answer: It provides unlimited access to all water attractions within the park for all persons over 48" and restricted access for those under 48".
The rides at Anancy Village are sold on a pay as you go system.

•Are Go-kart rides and other dry park (Anancy Village) rides included in the admission price for the Water Park?
 Answer: No, the go-kart, bungee trampoline and carousel rides allow you to select and pay for only those rides you wish to enjoy.


•Is the water heated?
 Answer: The water is not heated as the temperature of the water is naturally comfortable all year round.

• Do you rent towels?
 Answer:  We no longer rent towels. Guests are encouraged to continue to bring their own towels. Beautifully logoed towels are available for sale in the Kool Tings Gift Shop.

• Do you rent lockers?
 Answer: Yes, lockers are available for rental at the Gift Shop for $3.00 plus a $5.00 refundable deposit upon the return of the locker key.

• Do you accept credit cards?
 Answer: Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

•Are pets allowed in the Water Park?
 Answer: No, pets are not allowed inside the Water Park.

•Is there smoking allowed inside the Water Park?
 Answer: Smoking of cigarettes is allowed in designated areas only. (The Knot Out Sports Bar).  We do not allow or condone smoking of illegal substances on our property.

•Do I have to pay for parking?
 Answer: Parking is free of charge for all guests of the water park.

•Are swim diapers required for children wearing diapers?
 Answer: Yes, yes, yes. Approved swim diapers must be worn and are available for purchase in the Gift Shop. No disposable diapers are allowed while using the water attractions.

• Are there any othe points I should be aware of before coming? Management reserves the right to inspect any packages, clothing or personal effects.
•  Please bring only necessary clothing items for your trip. Kool Runnings Water Park's dates, hours, prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. No rain checks or refunds are issued.
•  Kool Runnings Water Park reserves the right to be closed to the public for private events. Occasionally, due to maintenance and other circumstances, certain rides and attractions may not be available. For everyone's safety, some rides may be temporarily closed during periods of rain, lightning and other extreme weather conditions. Right to refuse admission is reserved by Management.
